We are a tight ecosystem of people crazy about the design and digital worlds. Our core team works out of our lush garden studio in Delhi (we call it the Treehouse), where designers sketch and drape, the digital teams write and code, and the gardeners plant broccoli and tomatoes, but our people are spread across the country, in our stores, our warehouses, and our café.
One of the things I will always be proud of is the team we built, continue to build and the culture we aspire to live. We knew we wanted to build a team that believed the best comes when the East and West come together…quietly confident in India’s roots, humble yet looking outward, combining history and geography.
It’s this passion for design meets digital and East meets West that led me over 250 initial interviews to find the first nine people to join the journey. We found our team over cocktails at Diva or chaat at Nathu's, via serendipitous marriages that brought folk from Bombay to Delhi and others from Chelsea, New York back to India!

Our sale is applicable on select products, both online and instore.
We do not accept exchange or return of discounted products unless a wrong/broken piece has been shipped to the customer. All replacements and refunds are processed only after the sale is over.
Our gift wrapping service is not available during the sale. You may, however, come back after the sale and avail the service at our standard rate.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
All online or instore advance booking orders that cannot be partially/fully delivered will be refunded within 15 days from confirmation of cancellation.
In case of any discrepancy in the pricing of a discounted product on account of human error, the amount that appears in the system will be deemed final.
We experience high volumes during the sale and will be unable to cancel any order due to shipment delays. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order on account of non-availability of goods.
We try our best to fulfil every order. In a case a product in our inventory does not meet our quality check, we may have to cancel the order.
Accounting and encashment of credit notes would make those orders ineligible for any further exchanges or refunds.
Pricing in our USD catalogue differs from the pricing in our INR catalogue. We take exchange rates and currency volatility into account.
All Duties & Taxes for international orders will apply as per the rules of the shipping destination and will be borne by the customer.
Goods & Service Tax/Sales Tax levied by Indian law, if applicable on exports, will be paid by Nicobar and will not be charged to the customer.
We've resumed international delivery and will ship orders as soon as possible. However, we're unable to control any delays caused by country-specific shipping restrictions.
While we've resumed deliveries in most parts of India, we may still experience delays in delivery as scenarios evolve. We shall keep you informed at every step of the way.
We are an omni-channel business and ship orders from multiple locations. You may receive your order in more than one package at different times. We will keep you informed every time a package is shipped.
